I have talked about LIPs earlier. They were referring to Windows XP. The hitch with those LIPs was that you can not toggle between Hindi and English. This problem is solved with Hindi LIP for Vista. As far as the quality of the terminology used, I am not qualified enough to comment as I am not a native Hndi speaker. Regarding other Indic LIPs for Vista, no information is avilable about the date of their release.
